UPS WITH INDUSTRY EXPERTS AND FUNDING RESOURCES New York, NY – Seeking expert advice and seed-funding for your start-up? “SILICON HARLEM DEMO DAY” will offer Harlem entrepreneurs the opportunity to pitch their unique business ideas before an esteemed panel of judges in consideration for a series of prizes – including free packages to work out of HarlemGarage, in-kind services from local business partners, and more. Hosted by Harlem Garage, Silicon Harlem and the Uptown-Harlem Co-Working Group, the primary goal of the event is to highlight the best and brightest start-ups north of 96th Street and connect them with quality resources to support their growth and development. member of HarlemGarage, or have registered and attended any of IncubateNYC's classes

Applicants must submit a one-sheeter outlining the concept, co-founders, and relevant background information plus a 5-slide Powerpoint presentation outlining their concept. A

finished product or business (up to two years in operation) is best, but we are accepting submissions in the "idea" phase, so long as there are wireframes and/or a workable presentation.
