(1) Minimum Green Mark Standards for Existing Buildings

which are required to comply

with Green Mark for New

Buildings Version 4.

(2) Three-yearly Audit on Building Cooling System

Verification of chilled-water & condenser water temperature with high accuracy thermistor

(3) Mandatory submission of building

energy data

To do so, we will:

Mandate yearly submission of building energy data from 2012 by building owners; and

obtaining directly from utilities

Monitor energy improvements

Allow building owners to know where their buildings stand
