collaboration capabilities to NSW Health staff. The service offering provides the following
functions via a desktop or mobile device:

• A Skype intranet page (or similar) made available on the LHD intranet that will enable
staff to view and download training, FAQ and support materials
• A ‘Welcome to Skype’ email will be sent to all Skype Users as part of the rollout and
ongoing BAU
• eHealth SfB Team will be responsible for provide communication assets such as:
• Project Fact Sheet
• Skype Rollout Poster (A3 and A4 format)
• Skype Quick Reference Guides (Including Training Videos)

are selected for instructor led training.
