Family Advantages •  We have found that Slemon Park has been a fantastic

place for us to live and raise our children in a clean, safe environment.

•  Our children always had many friends growing up and they made the most of the recreation facilities here to play and grow. Such as the pool in the early years, the Plex (rink ), Sports Center ( Gym ) and the Ball Fields.

•  We have had many friends who moved on to build or buy in the communities surrounding us, BUT for our family’s needs, Slemon Park was it !! With Ben being autistic, it was very different and risky for us, but with the support of friends and neighbors and transportation services

FUN FACTS •  Benjamin and Marissa were born here in Slemon Park at

Prince County Hospital •  All 3 kids have graduated from TOSH. •  Our family has hosted: Bbq’s, house and birthday

party’s, team social events, ball games, House Groups, couples groups, billets, school classes and tours, all in our homes and backyards in Slemon Park.

•  We were members of the tenants committee. •  I have run, booked and maintained the Ball fields for

several years in the Park. •  I hosted many Provincial, Maritime and the only National

Championship for Slo-Pitch National on PEI, here in Slemon Park in 1998 .
