• 55 yrs female presented with pancytopaenia.• On examination patient had spleenomegaly,
no hepatomegaly or lymphadenopathy• Bone marrow aspiration was dry. Imprint
smears from biopsy specimen & bone marrow biopsy photomicrographs provided
Case no : 9
• 30 yrs male patient presented symptoms of upper GI obstruction.
• Endoscopy showed a ulcerative lesion in second part of duodenum.
• Patient underwent whipple`s operation.• On USG enlarged pancreaticoduodenal & paraaortic
nodes identified.• Mild hepatospleenomegaly• Microphotographs of pancreaticoduodenal lymph
nodes submitted.
Case no : 10
• 65 yrs male patient presented with abdominal discomfort.
• On CT scan multiple enlarged retroperitoneal & mesenteric lymph nodes noted.
• No hepatospleenomegaly.• Biopsy of retroperitoneal lymph node
submitted.
