Missie Stratumseind 2.0 project: (Polyground, PvA, concept, juni 2013)

College van B en W heeft met deze missie ingestemd.

•  “Het – in gezamenlijkheid met partijen als ondernemers, brouwerijen, vastgoedeigenaren en gemeente (inclusief politie) – structureel verbeteren van het economisch en maatschappelijk functioneren van het Stratumseind”.

•  De structurele verbetering zal zich richten op de volgende drie thema’s; leefbaarheid, veiligheid en aantrekkelijkheid.

Stratumseind 2.0: Keeping it nice and safe….

but also, a business model: -more visitors -longer stay

-more spending per person -less costs on vandalism

-less police-costs -less health costs

-cut down on energy-costs -cut down on security-costs

-cut down on cleaning/waste costs -increase of realestate value

-increase of earnings at Stratumseind and City

-direct marketing

Project: lets make a 365 days, 24/7 scan of all data on Stratumseind, The Living Lab….
