Problems-Teenagers drop their phones a lot but do not like the big bulky cases which are the only ones that will protect it

We interviewed Jacob Rose (a member of our target audience)

We wanted to learn what he didn't like about phone cases

Jacob said the biggest problem is that big, bulky cases are ugly, and heavy but are the only thing that will protect smartphones

These two steps were done together While I made prototypes I met with Jacob to

discuss what he did and didn't like in the case One problem we encountered was that the

case was too generic To make the case more unique and stylish we

cut out each of the corners
