Cast Auditions Sunday, February 13, 2011
5:00 p.m.
In Room #306
Auditions for speaking parts will take place during rehearsal. Practice
reading from one of the three scenes in this document. You don’t have
to memorize a particular part unless you just want to. If you’d like to
try out for more than one part, you may do that as well.

Everything you need to know about auditions
Who can audition?
Any child, Kindergarten through grade 6, that is
actively participating in the Children’s Choir Ministry.
When? Sunday, February 13th at 5:00 p.m.
Where? In Room #306
What will I have to do?
1. If you would like to try out for a speaking part, please practice reading from one of the
three scenes you were given. You may tell us which scene and part you’d like to read. You
don’t have to memorize it unless you just want to. If you want to try out for more than one
part, you may do that as well.
2. If you would like to try out for a solo, we will ask you to sing something that you know (like
“Jesus Love Me” of “Happy Birthday”).
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothes. You do not need to be dressed up for your audition.
Who will be watching the auditions?
The auditions will take place during the regular music rehearsal, so your fellow choir members,
your choir leaders and maybe a few other leaders in the church.
When will we find out the results?
I will let you know on Sunday, February 20th during your choir time.
