Soccer Registration – Step by step instructionsYou need to do 2 things in this order:1. Register with CYM2. Register with SMMBelow are step by step instructions to help navigate both sites for registration

Step 1: go to http://smmbulldogs.com/teams/default.asp?u=STMARYMAGDALEN&s=basketball&p=home

Step 2: Click on the Soccer webpage link

Step 3: You should now be on this page. http://smmbulldogs.com/teams/default.asp?u=STMARYMAGDALEN&s=basketball&p=custom&pagename=Soccer

Step 4: You should now be on this page. Click on the CYM link: http://www.cdowcym.org/athletics

Step 5: You should now be on this page. http://www.cdowcym.org/athletics

Step 6: You should now click the ‘view registration help’ link which is in 2 spots

Step 7: On the Registration help page you can scroll down to where you can ‘View Log In Page’. Click this link.

Step 8: you can ‘create a new account’ or ‘login’ to your existing account

Step 9: Once you have authenticated into the site successfully you will need to click ‘view athletes’ link.

View athletes to edit, update, or add player

Step 10: You can either edit existing or add a new athlete. You need to fill out all the sections highlighted below.

Either edit or add a new athlete. All pages Biographical, Contact, Medical, and Parental Consent need to be updated and saved.

Step 11: Once you have completed CYM registration of your athlete please print the form, sign and bring to first soccer tryout or practice.

Step 12: Once you have completed CYM registration go back to the SMM Registration page. In the top navigation hover over the ‘Registration Info’ fly-out and select ‘SMM Registration’. http://smmbulldogs.com/teams/default.asp?u=STMARYMAGDALEN&s=basketball&p=home

Step 13: Select either ‘Fall 2018 – JrJV and JV Soccer’ or ‘Fall 2018- Varsity Soccer’
