Why does Christ give us his own body and blood in the Holy Eucharist? ?

Glimpse of Faith: Eucharist

Christ gives us his own body and blood in the Holy Eucharist.

1st: to be offered as a sacrifice commemorating and renewing for all time the sacrifice of the cross;

2nd : to be received by the faithful in the Holy Communion;

3rd : to remain forever on our altars as proof of his love for us, and to be worshipped by us.

Why is the Holy Why is the Holy Eucharist the most Eucharist the most excellent of all the excellent of all the

The Holy Eucharist is the most excellent of all the sacraments

because it contains Christ himself.

All the other sacraments are channels of grace

but they do not actually possess Christ, the Author of grace.

Besides, all the other sacraments are directed towards the Holy Eucharist as their purpose or end.
