Key elements in an advocacy story

• Who are the actors - particularly civil society• What recommendations / objectives promoted• Who are they addressing – who should act

differently (government, companies, citizens.. specifically)

• What is the evidence? • Who will the recommendations benefit? • a social dimension / trade off or is it win-win.?• What / Who are the obstacles
