1. ENCLOSEDBODYSpringBalancers fromothersuppliersaresuppliedwithopening bothin Body & Cover causing accidental crunch of operator's fingersbetween revolving drum and the body of the Spring Balancers. 2.WIREARRESTMECHANISM(SWASERIES)Intheunfortunateeventofaccidentaldislodgingofthesuspendedweight,breakageofbottomhook/wirerope,spring tensionwillpullback thewire rope, resulting inwhipingaction likely tohurtpersonnelaround.This mechanism of the load balancer will lock the last revolving drum pulley & the wire ropeassembly will be stopped with max. 20cm travel. This will prevent the whiping of wire ropeassembly&avoidedanyinjurytooperatororanypersonnelaround.

BODYLINERIn order to preventwear of the slot of theSpring Balancer body, a split type Nylonliner forwire ropehas been introduced inthenewdesignSpringBalancers.This linercanberemovedand installedonsitewithoutanyneedfordismantlingofthewirerope.This will prevent wear of the costly body resulting in overall saving and reduced down time ofequipment.

4. EASYADJUSTMENTOFSPRINGTENSIONIn Spring Balancers from other manufactures the worm gear box foradjustmentofSpringTensionworked in thehorizontal axis. Gear boxposition has been rotated through 90 degrees so that spring tensionadjustmentcanbemadebyworkinginverticalaxis.This will facilitate adjustment from ground level without any need torise up to Spring Balancer hanging level. This reduces down time,facilitieseasyoperationandreduces thechanceofanymishapduringanoperatorrisingtothelevelofthebalancer.

5.WIREROPEREPLACEMENTWITHOUTDISMANTLINGAsmall slothasbeenprovided to facilitate removalandReinstallationof the wire rope without any need for dismantling of the SpringBalancers. This will reduce the down time of the equipment. ThisfacilityisnotavailableforlongrangeSpringBalancers.

6. CONTAINERISEDSPRINGASSEMBLYNo longerdoyouneedtohandleopenspringswhicharedifficult anddangeroustohandlewithsharpedges.Allspringsarenowsuppliedinconcealedcontainers foreasyreplacement.Withcontainerisedspringsaccidents are avoided during maintenance and replacements ofsprings.
