The hand holding the pencil is the Configure icon. To make changes within a section click the icon and that will take you to a page that allows you to make changes. It will look like the image below.
Add a Resource
Select Insert a label
Adding a Label
Insert text and adjust formattingin the open field
Add your information
Scroll down and click “Save and return to course”
The section will now contain all of the information that you typed
