BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Wisam Jarmakani: Managing Director

Born in Nigeria with Extensive knowledge and hands on experience in the Oil and Gas, Maritime and Construction Industries. Achieved Bachelors of Arts whilst continuing his education in Vancouver Canada, thereafter joined the company in 1998 and has since continued to expand its portfolio with implementation of new ideas and technologies. Securing challenging projects and ensuring optimum results. His leadership skills and vision has contributed to the growth of the company whilst empowering its employees and uplifting the experience level. Passion and drive for his business has allowed for broadening the company's services and increasing profits. He is very enterprising and re­sourceful, always eager to achieve excellence and has the inclination of power to the glory of the company and its people.

Mr. A.O.Solarin: Financial Director

He is a fellow of the Institute of chartered Accountants of Nigeria and has had close to three decades of top managerial, accounting and taxation experience in various sectors of the economy. He co-ordinates and organizes the finances of the company.

Mr. A.S Adeniran: Commercial Director

A graduate of Business Administration has been with the company for over Twenty Seven years. He is responsible for coordinating the activities of the company and clients and lease work with proposed customers.

Mr. Saleh Abbas: Technical Director

A structural engineer with over thirty years experience in the Oil and Gas, Maritime and construction sectors. He has a vast knowledge in design and fabrication of various vessels, fuel storage and transport facilities, warehousing, roads, jetties and platforms. He has handled several projects on shore and offshore with streamlined best results. He coordinates the Group activities and supervises the team of engineers involved in various contracts. His eye for quality assurance is unsurpassed.
