Locate the free CHECKMATE Professional app from one of the following supported app stores and install it on your

mobile device:

Once installed, tap the CHECKMATE app icon from your home screen to open it

Accept the terms and conditions to continue with set up

STEP.4

Select start button and continue with set up, Enter your contact information. Once complete, select a password.

STEP.5

Enter your personal information, including height, weight and upload a photo.

STEP.6

Select Alert Contacts to begin the setup (must have 3 contacts). Once complete, press the back button to continue

with the setup.

STEP.7

7. Check the Accept Terms & Conditions and press the SIGN UP! button.

STEP.8

You will now see the Welcome to ProTELEC CHECKMATE! message and will receive a call from CHECKMATE

shortly thereafter.

Emergency Button-Immediate Notification

Press and release the Emergency button and the Emergency signal is immediately generated.

Emergency Button-Safe Walk Feature

In cases where you are concerned about your safety, for example, when walking to your car in a dark and

secluded area, press and hold the Emergency button. If something were to happen, simply release the

Emergency button and the Emergency signal is immediately generated.

Safety Checks

You can set up CHECKMATE to ring/vibrate your phone every 15, 30, 45, 60 or 90 minutes. If you don’t

acknowledge your phone at each Safety Check, an Emergency signal is generated and transmitted.

Tracking Interval

To adjust the interval at which your CHECKMATE sends tracking, press the Tracking interval section and

choose the rate of tracking that you prefer.

By pressing the power button repeatedly for the previously selected number of times, you can discreetly

send for help at any time with just the touch of a button.
