� Learn visual film vocabulary and editing technique� Plan, shoot & edit several short videos to put into practice their newly acquired filmmaking skill set� Devise shot lists for visual storytelling & select images to creating tone and theme� Establish working relationships with their new classmates & teachers� Complete at least three short video projects

WHO WHEN & WHEREAvailable only to incoming 9th grade Cinema Arts Focus Program students

This optional enrichment experience is a preview of the skills and content that all incoming freshman Cinema Arts Focus students will cover in their foundational year of the program. In addition, the students will have the opportunity to meet other Cinema Pioneers, form new friendships, orient themselves to the campus, and meet many of the school’s faculty and staff.

COSTThe fee for the one week Summer Boot Camp session will be $250.00
