∗ Registered Boy Scout or Adult Leader ∗ Age Requirements ∗ Summit and Focus Programs - 13yrs old by September 1,
2016 ∗ For The Marksman –13 yrs and graduated from the 8th grade
or fourteen (14) years old to participate in pistol option
∗ Advanced Programs – 16 yrs old (and other requirements)
∗ Kayaking/rafting - Must be able to swim 100 yards and stay afloat for one (1) minute (official BSA swim test).
∗ All participants must know and use the Scout Oath and Law as their guide to appropriate behavior at Summit
Who can go to Summit?
∗ Weekly Adventures: Sundays to Saturdays beginning June 12, 2016. Last session begins July 31, 2016 (SOLD OUT).
When can you go to Summit?
Troop 201 planned session is July 24-30, 2016

*Estimate additional ~$200-$250 for travel to/from Summit

How do I sign up for Summit?
*Minimum of 7 participants, including 2 adults are required for a crew. There is no maximum.
∗ Go online to www.summitbsa.org and review high adventure programs (check out fact sheets, videos)
∗ Submit $100 non-refundable check with your top 3 program choices by next troop meeting. (Sessions are subject to availability and first come first serve)
