SUPPLEMENTAL ARTICLE

truth regarding the kind of perfection we can have during probationary time, and the kind of perfec-

tion needed to stand without a mediator.

The great object of the everlasting gospel is to restore the image of God in man and bring him back to

the pre-fall state. That will be done in two stages: first, Christ will fully restore mankind spiritually

to the condition in which Adam lived before the fall. That is what Christ’s ministry in the most holy

place is all about. Then when Christ comes the second time, he will change our vile bodies to be-

come like unto His glorious body. That will be the ultimate perfection when immortality will be be-

stowed upon the saved of earth. This is what the truths that God has given us is all about.
