Supplemental Gradesheet Documents

This training covers two of the most commonly used supplemental documents: Gradesheet Reviews and Attachments.

Note that the other commonly used supplemental document, Writeups, is addressed in a video of the same name.

This Quick Guide reviews how to add supplemental documentation to a gradesheet in TIMS.

1 Click the Docs tab.

1 Click Add.

2 Select a role from the Roledrop-down menu.

3 Enter a note in the text box.

4 Click OK. The review appears in the Gradesheet Reviews panel.

Attachments

1 Click Add Attachment. The Open dialog box appears.

2 Choose a document.

3 Click Open. The document appears in the Attachments panel.

4 Click Save.

Tip

Documents can also be added by dragging them directly into the Attachments panel.
