Objective

My objective is to serve as the Head/CEO of an international school. To achieve this goal, I am ready and willing to work with a dynamic and progressive leadership team as a senior administrator to deliver the School's Mission and Vision.

Experience

American School of Warsaw, Director of Teaching and Learning July 2012-July 2015

● Supervise school librarians

● Assist in hiring senior administration and teachers

● Supervise all teachers to ensure that unit maps are written and curriculum is vertically and horizontally aligned

● Direct, organize, implement all curricular and professional development initiatives based on standardized tests, surveys and mission and vision

● Lead the development and implementation of the new teacher performance evaluation system

● Develop and implement the standards based grading and reporting system

● Develop and manage the Curriculum and Professional Development Budget; to include oversight of the library budget

● Lead Mission and Vision Task Force in creating and gathering data to determine success of the schools mission and vision

● Develop and analyze parent, staff and student surveys, report results to ASHague constituency, and determine next steps as needed

● Coordinate International Schools’ Assessment for grades three through ten; analyze data, facilitate discussions around the data and work with teachers in their understanding and use of the data to inform instruction

● Review and revise the teacher evaluation protocol ● Develop and maintain curriculum and professional development budget, including oversight of the library and PE
