The required Java Version for the Portal is as under-

Java 7 Update 51 (32 bit): For windows 7 all versions

Java 7 Update 67(32 bit): For Windows 8 and windows 8.1

Click on edit site list for add https://eesl.eproc.in/

After click on edit site list you can add your site name https://eesl.eproc.in/

Click on advanced tab

In advanced tab check enable tracing , login and show console

Also in advanced tab check java icon in system tray in bottom side

After applying all these given options your java setting has been configured and now click on apply button and ok.

Now your system has configured regarding java settings.
