SUNSHINE I visited both Gary Behne and Rod Keck to see how they were recovering from their hip replacements. Both are up and walking without a cane or walker. We can roll out the red
carpet as both plan to attend this months luncheon. Gary is itching to get back to golf. He's going to start his golf rehabilitation by getting to the putting green at Paradise. Arthur Rasberry (Raz) will be having surgery on the 15th for a damaged heart valve. This surgery will require the same procedure to fix his valve as his earlier heart transplant. I know we are all pulling for him to have a full recovery. Visited with Peter Labrado. He and Laura have returned from their short stay in Contra Costa county where they decided Laura could get just as good care in her own home as in a convalescent facility. Laura is glad to be back home and it's great that Peter can return to our group. Bob DuSell has been taking care of his wife Margie after knee replacement (She is doing really well) and is awaiting surgery for Diverticulitis in the near future. He is looking forward to
getting back to Lawn Bowling,Tennis and of course to Golf with his friends. I spoke to Rocky DeMarino today. He had just returned home from a four day stay at the hospital. His blood pressure had dropped and was causing dizzy spells. His medications
were adjusted and he feels much better. He gets around with a walker and has a care giver during the day. He sounded good and continues to want to get back to our monthly luncheon.

that this business
can fill our needs as to SIR items such as shirts and jackets with many
colors and styles.
The business has our logo on hand so embroidery is no problem.

“Mikey’s Corner”
Mikey Mastrocovo has offered to take photos from time to time of members attending various SIR functions and the
pictures will be shown in the current SIR bulletin.
He might be taking photos out at the golf course, at the Luncheon, and certainly at the yearly Picnic and the Christmas Party.
So if you see Mikey with a camera…… smile !! Some photos by Bob Du Sell
