Current Programs - Dialog in the Dark“The Greatest Exhibition You’ll Never See”
•What is Dialog in the Dark?–Dialog in the Dark is a pitch dark exhibition where blind guides lead groups of 6-10 people through scenes from everyday life–Dialog in the Dark allows us to explore the power of communication, diversity, empowerment, trust and teamwork.
•Manpower’s Role–Manpower serves as employer of the blind guides and promotes their full time employment following the exhibitions–Manpower also partners with Premier to promote diversity awareness and understanding through collaboration with local organizations that support diversity.

• Big Lots– The Big Lots Distribution Center in Montgomery AL has had a long-
standing relationship with JCCD (Janice Capiluto Center for the Deaf) that involved hiring deaf associates in various positions within the warehouse.
– Currently there are 5 such associates employed
