INGREDIENTS

• 400 grams. ground almond.• 300 grams. sugar.• 7/8 eggs, (it depends on the size).• 10 grams. ground sugar• 10 grams. flour

Switch on the oven to 150º Separate the yolks from the whites of theeggs and introduce in a bowl.

Mix in a bowl the almond, sugar and yolks,

beat with a wooden spoon until smooth and soft.

Way of cooking

Pour the yolks of eggs

into a bowl

Add the ground almondsand sugar

Mix with a wooden

Spoon until smooth and

soft

Whip the whites until stiff

Add the whites to the bowl when they are stiff

Mix smoothly

Pour the mix into a low and round baking pan

It must be previously buttered and sprinkled with flour

Cook in the oven for 35 minutes

It must get a golden colour

Let get cold in the baking pan

cut out a cross of Santiago in cardboard

and put it on the cake, then sprinkle with

ground sugar and get the cross out,

so you get the silhouette of the cross on the cake.

Now you can eat the cake
