Tomlin “Shady Tom” Bristol It was Shady Tom's idea to buy the bar originally. He's the boss, but he is usually found working side-by-side with his son, Yeoman.

The original owner of the bar, who sold it so that she could concentrate on her efforts to control the prostitution/information network in the port.
