• TBN last year had a huge impact on me, not least because I ended up in the Jordan with Simon Edwards and the Mowgli Foundation and adopted a Jordanian Mentee!
• The very things that I need to progress my vision are exactly what you [are offering]

Financial Summary • Last year we planned to cover an anticipated £3600 loss
from £14k reserves but in fact reserves increased. • We aim is to be fully self sufficient at a much higher level of
activity but have not been successful in attracting funding to achieve this and will therefore invest reserves.
• This year we anticipate a £3k operational loss with new staff, £15k after Web investment and loan repayment, but this assumes no growth.
• Additional staff hours will release time to take a more proactive role in supporting Partners, Project Managers, Expo Leaders etc., as well as finding new members to bring the budget back into balance.
