Team Building

• It is important to Recognize each others strengths and weaknesses and utilize them

• Trust, courtesies, and establishing routine procedures are key for effective team building

• Create a team with unity of purpose

• Start with a famous quote and go around the table to discuss what that quote means to each person

• Perform a group exercise that requires problem solving and cooperation

• Use a page from a brain teaser book to challenge members to work together

website and in the newsletter• Enhanced Membership• Encourage members to chair events• Ask for membership input

• Member Appreciation Dinner/BBQ• Member Mentors• One sheet Welcome Letter to the new

available to Phi Theta Kappa Members
