TENANT REAR DOOR, AWNING, REAR DOOR LIGHTFIXTURE & SIGNAGE PLAQUE CRITERIA

Tenants are required to install their own Rear Door, Awning, Exterior LightFixture and Signage Plaque (as applicable) per the Landlord’s specifications.

Please refer to Tenant Door Criteria Exterior Design Package for Rear Door andAwning details attached.

The Exterior Light Fixture shall be installed by Tenant, per Landlord’sspecifications. The fixture is Nulite EJL Series. The fixture uses (2) 32 wattcompact fluorescent lamps and shall be provided with a cold weather startingemergency ballast. Whether it shall have a photocell is up to the Tenant and howthey want it controlled. The E1 light fixture shall be bronze.

The Signage Plaque design may be found in the Tenant Design Manual in theCriteria Package. Tenant signage plaque shall be ordered by Tenant, at Tenantexpense, by contacting:
