Many courts are used for multi sports when they are constructed to be used for one sport. This thing can damage

intervention of roots to the surface.

Soil plays a vital role in place selection and the movement of soil can damage a good court construction.

:- Dimension of place

Always select the soil with minimum capacity of movement as that can retain the needed moisture of the court.

Some facts :-

:- It's not wise to build a very deep court surface as that can damage the drainage system.

The stones of construction should be a mix of 14 – 28 mm that usually allow a proper moisture control and easy

drainage of water beneath the court.

The construction of foundation layer and the length always depends on soil quality and

climate change.

The construction of these court layers always varies from one surface to other.
