TODAY

I live in this house.

Children are playing.

She has just posted a letter.

We have been waiting for the bus for twenty minutes.

Our parents had taken us to a beach in 2006.

It rained heavily in Jammu yesterday.

Tendulkar had been batting for three hours.He had scored a century by lunch time.

We will also plant some trees tomorrow.

The Eid will be celebrated next week.

The boys will have been playing soccer since 4 p.m. next Sunday.

These questions are for you.Answer them honestly.

What does it suggest?

PRESENT SIMPLE TENSE

Complete these sentences in Present Simple Tense to introduce your dad.

In other words, Present Simple Tense expresses ‘Time Now’ as fact, truth, habitual action and state of being.
