1. Plastic part:PA46 UL94V-0. Plastic melting point: 265℃. It wouldn't turn black after reflow soldering.

2. Metal part:Phosphor bronze C5210 Improted from Japan, Tin plated.

3. Tensile force: 2.5-3.2KGS (UL1007 18AWG).

4. Our market is European and American. The quality is near to WAGO. This mold is used for more than 4 years and there are no compliace about the quality.

NOTE: There is printing in 1P products. For some customers, printing will cause soldering difficult. Improve way is change the size of suction nozzle. We also improve our mold and there will be no priting from next year.
