Lets say you come across an image that is covered in snow.
You checked Pictometry as well as the downloader
tools. And you came to the conclusion that you can't find the images using
these tools.
Find a correspondingpoint in
Google Earth
Go to www.terraserver.com
Click on the “Coordinates” button
Depending on what hemisphere the Course is located; your going to have to
Change these two fields.
Input the Latitude and Longitude in
these fields omitting the negative symbol.
Hit the “Search”Button.
SelectThe ImageryDrop Down
Select the next,youngest, lowest
resolution.
Distinguish that this is a better image.Then go to google earth and request the coordinates with a note attached
asking for the specific date of the image.

Type the type of request.Input the Length and
Width.
Then input the latitude and longitude.
