GENERATING REPORTS

Choose subscription and formsFrom the drop down menu on the left select the Time as ‘Current ‘ and the Type as ‘Assessment’. Then scroll down and select the relevant Form eg GRT2 Form C 12/13.

The current subscription ends in September. After this date select forms GRT2 Form C or D 13/14

RegistersClick Register button on the right of the screen.

Select a group from the drop down menu: group1 = current Yr8, group2 = current Yr9, Group3 = current Yr7 (Sept 13).

Select and generate reports

Click the ‘Select all’ button on the leftto generate a report for the whole year group or selected individuals,

On the right of the page click the ‘Report’ buttons at the top and bottom of the menu.

Two types of reports: The Excel spreadsheet can be exported to the school database and provides, amongst other data, reading ages in months and shows how individual students responded to each question.

On the next page will be a list of students who are on the register but did not take the reading test

Click the ‘Next button at the bottom of the frame

Type the name of the year group and date in the first two boxes. No need to add anything else. Then click the ‘Generate report’( bottom right of frame).

Confirmation: report generated. Click on ‘Create another report’ bottom right of frame.

Click on

Click ‘Group Report’ to generate Standardised reading ages from highest to lowest. Click the ‘Next’ button.

As before a list of students who are on the register but who did not take the reading test will appear.

Report name: Year group plus the word ‘Standardised’ then select ‘Standardised score’ from the drop down menu found on the right of the fourth row. Then click the ‘Generate report’ button (bottom right of frame).

Confirmation report generated.

Click on ‘OK’ to take you back to Registers page.

On the Register page click the Subscription button (far left).

Back on the Subscriptions page you may have to wait a minute or so for the reports to appear. Save them to your computer in a designated folder

The .pdf type is the Standardised report with reading ages listed from highest to

lowest. The list starts on page 7.

The .xls is the Excel spreadsheet which can be imported to school database.
