• Current program is a Blackboard “Virtual Course.”

• Faculty workshops about “Podcasts in the Classroom”

• External consultant• Added element of choice for students to

select depth of commitment

Components of the current program:

• Tracks of participation

• Track 1: Online interaction only, group project, attend presentation

• Track 2: Track 1 plus Leadership Coaching program

• Track 3: Track 1 and 2 plus presentation

• Podcasts, blackboard discussions, guidebook

• Group projects

• All programs saw a change in participation from students.

• All programs struggle with accountability.
