Bill Finkenstein and WRF Designs
comes in annually to do minor re-
pairs to the horses that includes
hand painting. The horses get so
much love they need to be repainted
and get new tails each year to 2
years. He is the same gentlemen
who restored the horses in 1988,
and after hurricane Katrina in
2005. Bill’s been taking care of our
Carousel for almost 40 years. His
son Gabe now joins him on the res-
toration project each year.
We don’t place a number price on
the Carousel or the horses. They are
considered “priceless”.
