• Never let yourself be defined by a label – fat, thin, gay, straight, ill, stupid etc.

• Most newspaper/magazine articles contain bad information on nutrition.

• There is a huge emotional/mental pull to choose the foods that we choose.

• You have ALL the answers within you.
