A work in progress lasting 7 long years….

- 1995 to 1998 - Uncapped rock is left in ½ of the basement

pending future development ideas …..

- 1999 - Excavation begins!

- 1999 to 2004 - Slow progress is

made….

As the rock is whittled and hauled away, bit by bit ….

By bit ….

- June 2005 - And is turned into walls and used as fill around

the property…

- June 2005 - The excavation is complete, the footings poured and the floor is

prepared for concrete….

-October 2005 – Jim wires and puts up gyproc

….

Gyproc dust!

- November 2005 - The gyproc is completed and the

room is painted ….

- November 2005 - The furniture is built and painted before the floor

is painted and the carpet installed ….

- December 2005 - The carpet is installed and so is the lighting ….

- December 2005 - Rocks are unpacked and reviewed ….

- December 2005 - Furniture is assembled ….

- December 2005 - The room starts to come together

….
