Tempers classification:
O – Annealed (Full Soft) – Apply to finished products in the state that has the lowest amount of mechanical strength.H – Strain Hardened (Cold worked) – Apply to non-heat treatable alloys, where increased resistance can only be achieved by cold plastic deformation (hardening).T – Heat treated - Apply to products heat-treated with or without additional plastic deformation, which produces physical properties more stable than the other tempers.F – As fabricated.
