Once upon a time Nasreddin Hodja went to the lake side, he was carrying a

yoghurt cap,he was eating the yoghurt,and someone from the village

ask him: -What are you doing hodja?

Hodja says-I am mayaliying, (ie Brewing), the lake..

Villager is shocked:-Hodja come on you can not...

-Come on hodja, what are you doing there?

You can not brew the lake.. and hodja surprised..

and hodja turns him and smiles and says that:

-What if it happens..

Nasreddin lived in Anatolia; he was born in Hortu Village in Sivrihisar, Eskişehir in the 13th century, 1996–1997 was declared International Nasreddin Year by UNESCO
