The joiners fit all the internal doors. They have to cut out all the hinge positions and fix these in place as well as the locks and keepers and fit the architrave and the door stops. They will also fit all the skirting boards and the roof insulation

A window sill before the wooden sill plate is put in place. Note the plastic protection on the window and over the radiator

An inset piece is used to keep down costs. This will be the only part of the frame not covered up

Others are prepared for glazing

Scribing the corners to give a tight fit is a skilled operation
