The Justin Jonas Recipe for Victoria

Ingredients 220g butter220g caster sugar4 large eggs220g self raising flour 2 seven inch baking tins

Method • Firstly put the caster sugar and the

butter together in a bowl and mix with a wooden spoon until light and creamy.• Then crack two eggs into a cup and whisk

with a fork. Then gradually pour a bit of the egg into the mixture and stir with a spoon and do the same with the rest of the egg and mix.• When that is light and creamy sieve the

flour bit by bit into the mixture and fold .

Method • Next line the baking tins with

butter on the base and the edges.

• Then lightly cover it with flour.

• Then put all the mixture into the baking tins and bake for 20 mins.

Assembling the cake• On one half of the cake spread jam all over and whipped cream, if u want then place the other half of the cake on top and sprinkle with icing sugar.
