Concert Etiquette

Please turn off all electronic devices, especially CELL PHONES.

Your sons and daughters will know you support them by demonstrating appropriate concert etiquette .We appreciate your helping create a serious and formal atmosphere during the concert tonight.

Together, we will be able to enjoy the efforts of our young musicians

Concert Etiquette:

An important part of the total experience that involves everyone at our concerts!

Concerts here at Niwot are a formal affair,

so we ask you to help us create the proper setting to respect the amount of time and effort each student has put in preparing for this performance.

Concert Etiquette

It is expected that the audience listen quietly during each piece of music.

Rather than cheering and whistling for soloists during a piece, please show your appreciation by clapping at the end of the song. Also, please wait to applaud until the conductor’s arms come down.

Please do not get up, move around or leave while music is being performed. Use the time between groups for this activity.

Please do not let small children run around in the auditorium and supervise them in the lobby.
