And what you do with the data collected from users

This type of legal policy is also known under these names:

Privacy Statement

Privacy Notice

Privacy Information

Privacy Page

Personal data is any data that could be considered

personal (it identifies an individual).

Email address

First and last name

Billing and shipping address

Credit card information

And so on...

How a Privacy Policy is created and written may differ from one country to another, depending on the country legislation.

But here are 4 critical points to consider that goes in all Privacy Policies:

collects or uses personal information from users.
