A Message from the Board*

OUR COMMUNITY is now 10 years old. Yes, our first owners began moving into their new homes in the early summer of 2005. Looking back it seems like only yesterday. We now have 280 homes fully occupied, with almost 600 residents. The Villas also contains a superb clubhouse with a library, ballroom, cater-ers kitchen, sports lounge, card room, fitness center, men’s and ladies’ locker rooms, and an outdoor and heated indoor pool for year round use, as well as a spa and tennis court. We have grown into a well respected and exceptional 55+ community, but we could not have done it without a lot of support and help from our residents and neighbors. You have all contributed to making the Villas one of the most admired 55+ communities in the Philadelphia area. Job well done! The Board would like to express its thanks all those who have performed volunteer work on behalf of the community over the past years—serving on committees, running social events, arranging parties and trips, running errands and helping to maintain the appearance of our grounds and clubhouse. We would also like to thank all the local businesses, large and small, and our advertisers, all of whom have supported this community in the past, and continue to do so as we publish this, our Anniversary Directory. This community should be very proud of how far we have come over the past 10 years. We would like to think that the next 10 will be just as amazing. We, as the Board, wish all of our fellow residents a wonderful 10 year community anniversary. May each of you, and your families, continue to enjoy good health, happiness, and prosperity for many years to come.
