Every morning,

[Insert Image 1 here]

and every night…

4

I brush my teeth and floss them right -

[Insert Image 2 here]

5

and I would like to share with you, what it is you need to do...

[Insert Image 3 here]

6

to keep your teeth healthy and strong –

[Insert Image 4 here]

7

To keep your teeth your whole life long!

[Insert Image 5 here]

8

I look in the mirror.... (smile big!)

[Insert Image 6 here]

Listen to me… I’ll teach you the gig.

9

I hold my toothbrush in my hand, for on it’s own, it cannot stand…

[Insert Image 7 here]

10

I put some toothpaste in the middle (about half an inch)...and get it wet, just a little.

[Insert Image 8 here]

11

Start in front…

OPEN WIDE![Insert Image 9 here]

12

Go up and down

[Insert Image 10 here]

– and side to side.

Move your toothbrush all round;

13

[Insert Image 11 here]

Listen for that squeaky-clean sound!

14

I get all the way back – left and right…

[Insert Image 12 here]

Inside, outside, out of sight !

15

I point the toothbrush handle down,to brush the top-insides (don’t you frown)...

[Insert Image 13 here]

16

Then I turn the handle about, and get the bottoms… inside-out.

[Insert Image 14 here]

17

I hold my toothbrush nice and straight…and brush the tops of my bottom teeth really great;

[Insert Image 15 here]

18

I turn my toothbrush over then, and brush the bottoms of my top teeth once again.

[Insert Image 16 here]

19

Be sure YOU get the tops of the bottoms and the bottoms of the tops…

[Insert Image 17 here]

Especially after eating candy, or drinking soda pops!

And don’t forget the backs of the fronts….

20

[Insert Image 18 here}

Think of brushing as a tooth-bug hunt!

21

Brush all the way around the side; You’d be surprised what it can hide!

[Insert Image 19 here]

22

Don’t swallow the bubbles,

they’ll make you sick –

so spit if you must,

but make it quick.

23

There’s much more work still to be done… brush each tooth with care; every single one.

[Insert Image 20 here]

Brush its front, and brush its back;its top or bottom and every crack!

24

(You can spit again)...

Get your teeth spotless… every one;it should take 3

[Insert Image 21]

whole minutesbefore you’re done.

25

Go up and down,

and back and forth –

East and West,

and South and North.

26

Inside, outside; outside, in…

Rinse your brush and scrub again.

[Insert Image 22 here]

27

And then I rinse, I swish, I spit...

[Insert Image 23 here]

28

With every crack ‘n crevice scrubbed,

your teeth are shiny and white…

but there’s one more thing

you must do,

to keep your smile

BRIGHT!

29

I clean, last, between my teeth, with my flossing

stick...

[Insert Image 24 here]

Floss also comes in a wound-up string... (you can take your pick).

30

I gently push the string between…

and food comes out, leaving my teeth clean!

Flossing gets into the placesyour toothbrush cannot reach...

and puts a smile on dentists’ faces –

(they practice what they preach).

Shiny, clean teeth...

Treat them right, and they’ll last you a lifetime.

31

[Insert Image 25 here]

KEEP SMILING!
