Usually found on the more oily parts of the body such as the upper chest, back, or upper arms or, less often, on the upper thighs, neck, or face.
An overload of yeast in the human body can cause of a fungus called Malassezia furfur commonly known as Tinea Versicolor.
Treatments for Tinea Versicolor range from skin creams to ingested pills.
Anti-fungal creams are applied directly to skin. They most commonly contain Selenuim Sulfide, Miconazole, Clotrimazole.
Anti-fungal pills are used to treat more acute cases,or maybe just a simpler and quicker sollution. These medicines are given by prescription and have possible side effects.
People with this condition should attempt to avoid lots
of heat and sweating.
