This is how it looks – at the moment.

We will rebuild before the opening

But we’ll build on

the rooftop and

make a small

appartment to

ourselves.

corners.

Our Land Lords will

paint the house

(the plaster work

These small houses

The backside looks like this – yet.

Next to the existing ’half-circle-tower’ we’ll make a twin - to contain

bathrooms for 4 of the rooms.

This is the plan of

the ground floor.

It’s not quite

correct, so the

architect is re-

doing it at the

moment.

And this is where

we’ll make the new

’half-circle-tower’

containing

bathrooms.

The Tea Louge will

be in the veranda

–

seen from inside and outside -

- and in the two ajoining rooms.

This is one of them, the other one

has a fireplace.
