New FTA Title VI requirements

• Disparate Impact and Disproportionate Burden on minority and low-income populations

• Conduct updated survey of passengers

• Collect customer demographic and travel pattern data at least every 5 years

• Report racial make-up of committees

• Encourage/ solicit minority participation
