TRANSCRIPT

To all who are spiritually weary and seek rest; to all who are sad and long for comfort; to all who struggle and desire victory; to all

who sin and need a Savior; to all who are strangers and want friendship;

to all who hunger and thirst for something real and lasting; and to all who come here,

this church opens wide her doors and offers welcome to you in the name of

the Lord Jesus Christ.

“Will the Circle Be Unbroken”

Opening Scripture (as Call to worship)

Psalm 95:1-3 New

Living Translation (NLT)

Come, let us sing to the Lord!

Let us shout joyfully to the Rock of our

salvation

Let us come to Him with thanksgiving. Let us sing psalms

of praise to Him.

For the Lord is a great God.

A great King above all gods.

Opening Prayer. Illumination, Focus, Presence of Christ.

Great God of heaven and earth;

We come to declare your mighty power this morning,

Your wisdom, Your goodness, Your strength.

We come to give thanks for great gifts.

We ask that You would resurrect us,

Opening us petal by petal, with Your shining love,

Warming us into life Even in the places where we feel

cold and dead. Shine in our hearts, Lord Jesus!

Amen

Special Music:

“Come, Thou Fount of Every Blessing”

Come, Thou Fount

Of Every Blessing

Hymn 11

Come, Thou Fount of every

blessing, Tune my heart to sing Thy

grace;

Streams of mercy, never ceasing,

call for songs of loudest praise;

Teach me some melodious sonnet,

sung by flaming tongues above;

Praise His name, I’m fixed upon it,

Name of God’s redeeming love

Hither to Thy love has blest me,

Thou hast bro’t me to this place;

And I know Thy hand will bring me

safely home by Thy good grace;

Jesus sought me when a stranger,

wandering from the fold of God;

He, to rescue me from danger,

Bought me with His precious blood;

O to grace how great a debtor

daily I’m constrained to be;

Let Thy goodness, like a fetter,

bind my wandering heart to

Thee;

Prone to wander, Lord, I feel it,

prone to leave the God I love;

Here’s my heart, o take and seal

it, seal it for Thy courts above;

The Lord’s Prayer

OUR FATHER, WHO ART IN HEAVEN,

HALLOWED BE THY NAME.

THY KINGDOM COME, THY WILL BE DONE,

ON EARTH AS IT IS IN HEAVEN.

GIVE US THIS DAY OUR DAILY BREAD,

AND FORGIVE US OUR DEBTS AS WE FORGIVE

OUR DEBTORS;

AND LEAD US NOT INTO TEMPTATION

BUT DELIVER US FROM EVIL.

FOR THINE IS THE KINGDOM,

AND THE POWER, AND THE GLORY FOREVER

AMEN
