What is uberization ?

The term was brought into English by George Bernard Shaw

German language word meaning "over", "above" or "across".

• The use of a digitalised platform enabling peer-to-peer, or quasi-peer to peer transactions;

• Minimising the distance between the provider and customer of a service;

• The use of a rating system for the quality of the service provided by a provider;

Patients often run into problems while seeking medical attention.

This is especially true for patients with mild medical issues.

Modern technology can be used to help bridge the gap between

these patients and their physicians.

Technology designed to virtually diagnose patients comes in the

form of telemedicine, health monitoring electronics, and startups

like HealthTap.
